In creating the Story Planter (2020), the pair brought a new twist to floral arrangements by accommodating plants and flowers in a vertical stack within a very compact footprint. “It was not an easy task, though it appears really simple,” says Hung-Ming of the design. “We hope people see it as a quiet, functional sculpture.” Providing vertical storage with a sculptural twist, the Story Planter holds greenery, flowers, and other odds-and-ends in a compact footprint. Rotate bowls forward or to a side, creating a customized profile that fits your needs.
